6. Bookings and Payments

All services are booked online or by another method approved by Sowhere Project.

All prices are listed in CAD, unless otherwise stated. By booking a service or program, you agree to pay the price in effect at the time of purchase.

A booking is only confirmed once payment, or any required deposit, has been received.

You will receive a confirmation email, receipt, or booking summary after purchase.

7. Consultation Policy

Sowhere Project may offer consultation or discovery calls to explore whether a service or program is a good fit.

These calls are intended for informational and fit-assessment purposes only. They do not create a therapeutic, medical, or advisory relationship, and they do not guarantee admission into any program, service, or support container.

Sowhere Project reserves the right to decide whether a service is appropriate for a prospective client and may decline to proceed if the offer is not considered a suitable fit.

8. Online Sessions and Technology

All services are currently delivered online.

By booking an online session or joining an online group session, you agree that you are responsible for:

- having access to a stable internet connection

- using a device that can access the required platform

- attending from a space that feels private and suitable for your participation where possible

9. One-on-One and Group Session Policy

One-on-one sessions

One-on-one sessions are intended only for the booked client and may not be attended, shared, or accessed by another person unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Group sessions

For group sessions, each participant agrees to contribute to a respectful, confidential, and non-disruptive environment.

While Sowhere Project asks all participants to respect the privacy of others, confidentiality in a group setting cannot be absolutely guaranteed, because other participants are independent individuals and not controlled by Sowhere Project.

Participants agree not to record, screenshot, share, repost, or distribute any part of a group session without express written permission.

10. Client Accounts and Portal Access

Some services may include access to a private client portal, password-protected materials, videos, recordings, worksheets, educational tools, or other members-only content.

If you are given login details, you agree to:

- keep your login information confidential

- not share your username, password, or access with anyone else

- not allow any other person to use your account

If you voluntarily send a testimonial, review, feedback, message, or other content to Sowhere Project, you confirm that you have the right to share it.

Sowhere Project may use that content for communication or promotional purposes only with your consent, or in anonymized form where appropriate.

Sowhere Project does not claim ownership over your personal story or original content.

13. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

Single sessions

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a one-on-one session.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or if you do not attend the session, the session may be treated as used and non-refundable.

Programs and longer-term containers

For one-on-one multi-session or three-month programs, payment secures your place and the time reserved for you.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

- payments are non-refundable once the program has started

- any payment plan remains due according to the agreed schedule

Group sessions

For online group sessions, workshops, or group containers:
